ARTICLE X – COMPLIANCE AND SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these General Statutes is found to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. If these General Statutes conflict with the laws of any nation or jurisdiction where the Community is organized, the General Council may allow variances to ensure compliance of that local community.
